The optional full access logs offered by easyname are disabled for this website. We therefore do not use this function to record or analyse every page view by visitors.
This is separate from technically necessary error and security logs. For troubleshooting and website security, we use security functions provided by the hosting provider, including a Web Application Firewall (WAF). easyname states that suspicious or blocked requests may be recorded in the website's error log.
Depending on the event, processed data may include the time of the request, the requested resource, technical request information and, where necessary, the IP address. 4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics or marketing cookies ourselves to observe visitor behaviour. No external fonts are loaded and no analytics or marketing services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel are used.
External content or services are loaded only after an appropriate action or consent by the visitor. This particularly applies to Google Maps as described below.
5. Google Maps
On selected home pages we offer the option of loading an interactive Google Map. The map is not loaded automatically when the website is opened. Initially, only a locally stored directions graphic from our own web server is displayed.
A connection to Google servers is established only after you deliberately click “Load Google Maps”. For users in the European Economic Area, the provider is in particular Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
When the map is loaded, data such as your IP address, browser and device information, date and time of the request, referrer information and further technical usage or location information may be transmitted to and processed by Google. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies or access information already stored in the browser or device.
The interactive map is therefore loaded only after your explicit consent. The legal basis for processing of personal data initiated by us is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where information is stored on or read from your device, this is based, where required, on your consent under section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.
Your decision to load the map is not stored permanently by our website. After reloading the page, the interactive map is disabled again until you click once more. After activation, Google carries out further processing over which we do not have full control.
